During the third quarter of 2025, the United Ethanol team maintained a strong focus on employee training, consistent plant operations, and cost management. The team achieved significant progress across all three of these key areas. Through comprehensive, detailed training, we successfully reduced operational errors, increased average daily ethanol production across all three months of the quarter, and lowered overall operational expenses by optimizing chemical use. These accomplishments reflect the team’s dedication to continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence.

In addition, United Ethanol completed its fall maintenance outage, which included critical repairs and deep cleaning activities that are not possible during regular operations. Careful planning and execution enabled the team to complete the outage on schedule, ensuring the plant returned to full operation. This effort underscores our commitment to maintaining reliability and efficiency in our production processes.

In the second quarter of 2025, the United Ethanol team put a huge focus on continuing our operations team training, reducing our operational costs and increasing uptime. The team has reached some huge milestones in regard to these initiatives. In the second quarter we had significantly increased efficiency in Fermentation by eliminating the vast majority of our infection sources in the plant and focusing on training with our operations team. We have improved from the first quarter in many aspects, but the team is always growing, and I am excited about where the future will take us. The plant has been running exceptionally well out of our spring outage and through the summer as we battle the higher temperatures.
